The Annual Maryland Spring Muster 48th ANNUAL MUSTER Saturday, June 3rd, 2017 Carroll County Farm Museum Westminster, Maryland The Chesapeake Antique Fire Apparatus Association, a chapter of SPAAMFAA, will host the 48th. Annual Maryland Antique Fire Apparatus Spring Muster at the historic Carroll County Farm Museum in Westminster, Maryland. There will be no parade this year. The Muster will be held in conjunction with the regular exhibits and attractions of the Farm Museum. Registration Fee: $15.00 per registration 30 days prior to the muster. Multiple rigs accepted on registration but only one plaque per $15.00 entry. Only pre-registrations are guaranteed a plaque.
