Fire Museum Network Seminar hosed by Hall of Flame Fire Museum.  
The host hotel is the Home2 Suites by Hilton, with overflow at the Holiday in Express Suites (right next door.
CAREFUL: If booking at Holiday Inn the number of rooms you are booking automatically defaults to 20! 
Change that number to however many you need. 
Hall of Flame suffers flooding but will be ready and eager to welcome us to the Seminar on November 11th.

The San Antonio Fire Museum is proud to host the 2026 SPAAMFAA Winter Conference This year's gathering promises to 
be both memorable and meaningful, blending SPAAMFAA tradition with the unique culture and history of one of America’s 
most iconic cities.
Conference attendees will stay at beautiful Menger Hotel, the oldest continuously operating hotel west of the Mississippi
 and just steps from the world-famous Alamo. The hotel's Victorian charm and rich history, including Teddy Roosevelt’s 
amed Rough Riders gatherings in the Menger Bar, make it the perfect setting for this event. A special conference room

  • Tuesday, March 3
    Arrival and registration followed by a Welcome Mixer at the San Antonio Fire Museum.

    Executive Board meeting and luncheon, plus a World Heritage Mission Tour. Evening seminar and hospitality suite.
  • Thursday, March 5
    Guided Alamo tour, lunch on your own, and a scenic River Walk boat tour. Evening seminar and hospitality suite.
  • Friday, March 6
    Two exciting tour options:
  •     1.Witte Museum & El Mercado for history, culture and shopping.
  •     2.San Antonio Fire Department vehicle repair shops & fire stations, followed by time at El Mercado.
  • The evening concludes with the Presidents/Members Meeting.
  • Saturday, March 7
  • A static muster fire vehicle show will showcase fire apparatus, 10 am - 4 pm. That evening, enjoy the Conference 
  • Banquet in Menger's grand ballroom, with entrée choices including grilled chicken, New York strip steak, or pasta 
  • primavera.
  • Registration deadline is January 15, 2026. The base registration fee is $25 per person, with optional tours and 
  • banquet tickets available for purchase. Conference souvenirs-including challenge coins, embroidered patches,

2026 National Fallen Firefighters Memorial Weekend.
Each year, the Foundation sponsors the official national tribute to all firefighters who died in the line of duty during the 
previous year. Thousands attend the National Fallen Firefighters Memorial Weekend.

P.E. Van Pelt Fire Apparatus Preservation Society 4th annual Muster & Swap Meet, during "BerryFest,” 
Yolo County Fairgrounds, 1250 E Gum Ave.  Fire engines and swap-meet vendor booths in place by 8:30 a.m. both 
Saturday and Sunday. 
"Early bird" set-up, all day on Friday, May 8, 2026. Security on premises day and night, from Thursday through Monday.
Bucket Brigade and Hand Pumper demonstrations. Convenient hotels nearby. Trophies for favorite, oldest, and longest 
distance fire engines.

6 June 2026 - Westminster, Maryland
The Chesapeake Antique Fire Apparatus Association, a chapter of SPAAMFAA, will host their Annual Maryland Antique 
Fire Apparatus Spring Muster at the Pleasant Valley CFC in Carroll County, MD.  We encourage all apparatus owners 
to attend. Each pre-registrant will receive one participation plaquefor each paid registration.
The Pleasant Valley Auxiliary will have breakfast and lunch food available for purchase. There will be complete restroom 
facilities in the fire station. The Muster will be held regardless of weather conditions.
 
 
13 June 2026 - Parma, Ohio
Western Reserve Fire Buffs Association., Antique Fire Engine Show & Safety Day.  Tri-C Fire Training
Academy, 1100 W. Pleasant Valley Rd., 10 am - 3 pm, approximately 10 miles south of Cleveland.
Hydrants and a portable tank will be available for pumping.  A 2+acres area available for displays, 
 demonstrations and children's activities.  Planned events include an on-campus 1.5mile Fallen Firefighters Memorial 
Procession, and fire engine rides.

This is a Red-hot event we are putting together to celebrate our countries 250th anniversary! With that we have a 
big goal of 250 IH vehicles to the event! Big goal but I think it can be done!! 250 for 250 is what we are calling it! 
If you have a IH fire truck, ambulance or other first responder binder we'd love to have it up!!

Mark your calendars!  Massachusetts Antique Fire Apparatus Assoc. (MAFAA) has been awarded the bid to 
host the SPAAMFAA Summer Convention in 2026. The host hotel will be the Best Western Royal Plaza Hotel 
Trade Center,181 Boston Post Road West. Bus trips to area firehouses (including Worcester MA), a tour of 
Hudson American Military Museum, nightly speaking programs, as well as an on-site Muster highlight the event.
